RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Faithpreneurs Unlimited, every order is a reflection of our commitment to you and to the mission we carry. We want your experience with us to be excellent from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Because our products are made to order with intentionality and care, we operate under the following return and refund policy. We encourage you to read it fully, and if you ever have a question, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. We are here to serve you.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through fpultd.shop are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to resell returned merchandise.
We strongly encourage all customers to review the size guide on each product page before placing an order. If you have any questions about fit or sizing before you purchase, please email us at operations@fpultd.shop and we will be glad to help.
2. Eligible Claims for Exchange or Replacement
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If something is wrong on our end, we will make it right. We will replace or exchange an item under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged or defective (torn seam, print error, hole in fabric, or similar manufacturing defect)
• The wrong item or wrong size was shipped due to an error on our part
• The item was confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and never delivered
The following situations are not covered under this policy:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer at checkout
• Color appearance that differs slightly from screen display due to monitor settings
• Minor print placement variations within the industry-standard tolerance of 0.5 inches
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
• Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
3. Claim Submission Window

All eligible claims must be submitted within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date. We ask that you inspect your order promptly upon arrival so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible for you. |
To submit a claim, please email us at operations@fpultd.shop with the subject line: "ORDER CLAIM - [Your Order Number]." Include the following:
• Your full name and order number
• A clear photo of the item showing the defect or issue
• A brief description of the problem
We will respond to every claim within 2 business days. Our goal is to resolve your concern quickly and with excellence.
4. Shop Pay Installments Orders
We are pleased to offer Shop Pay Installments as a flexible payment option. If your order was placed using Shop Pay Installments, please note the following:
• Your installment payments will continue on their scheduled dates while your claim is being reviewed. If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your outstanding balance or returned to your original payment method.
• Shop Pay Installments transaction fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will reflect the item cost minus the processing fee incurred.
• If a dispute is opened directly with Shop Pay or Affirm before contacting us, we reserve the right to deny the claim. We ask that you always reach out to us first so we can take care of you personally.
• We are committed to resolving every legitimate concern before it ever needs to escalate. Please give us the opportunity to make it right.

Please contact us at operations@fpultd.shop before initiating any dispute with Shop Pay, Affirm, or your financial institution. Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and ineligible for future purchases. |
5. Approved Refund Process
When your claim is approved, here is what you can expect from us:
• Replacement orders will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your replacement has shipped or your refund has been initiated.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
We will keep you informed every step of the way. You will never be left wondering about the status of your claim.
6. Size Exchanges
We are not able to offer size exchanges at this time. Because every item is made to order, each piece is produced specifically for your purchase and cannot be restocked or exchanged.
We want to make sure you get the right fit the first time. If you have any questions about sizing before placing your order, please reach out to us at operations@fpultd.shop and we will walk you through it personally.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Faithpreneurs Unlimited is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend taking the following steps:
• Check with neighbors, a building manager, or anyone who may have received it on your behalf
• Contact your local post office or the carrier directly to file an inquiry
• File a claim with the carrier if the package was insured
If the carrier officially confirms that your package was lost in transit and never delivered, we will work with you to issue a replacement at no cost to you. We will not leave you without a resolution.
8. Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• To request a cancellation, email operations@fpultd.shop immediately with your order number and we will take care of it right away.
• After 24 hours, production begins and we are unable to cancel the order.
• Orders that have already entered production or shipped cannot be cancelled.
9. Chargeback and Dispute Policy
We genuinely want to resolve every concern before it ever reaches a dispute. Our team is committed to responding quickly and treating every customer with honesty and respect.

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or Shop Pay/Affirm, please contact Faithpreneurs Unlimited first and allow us 3 business days to resolve your concern. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster through direct communication than through a formal dispute process. |
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be contested. We maintain complete records of all orders, shipping confirmations, and customer communications. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported accordingly. We ask for the opportunity to serve you well before any escalation.
