SHIPPING POLICY

At Faithpreneurs Unlimited, we are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. Because our products are made to order, please review this Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect from the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door.
1. Processing Time

All orders are subject to a production period of 3 to 7 business days before they are handed off to the carrier for shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Production begins after your payment is confirmed. |
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to expedite production. We appreciate your patience and want you to know that every order is handled with care and intentionality.
2. Shipping Carriers and Methods
We ship all domestic orders using the following carriers:
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS
• FedEx
The carrier used for your specific order will be assigned based on your shipping destination and the most efficient available method at the time of fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping Timeframes
The following estimated delivery windows apply after your order has completed production and been handed to the carrier. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
• Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days after shipment
• Expedited Shipping (where available): 2 to 5 business days after shipment
Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 8 to 17 business days under normal conditions.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We do not add hidden fees to shipping costs.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly communicated on our website and will be applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying conditions are met.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect updated tracking information.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of your order date, please contact us at operations@fpultd.shop with your order number and we will look into it right away.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Faithpreneurs Unlimited is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at operations@fpultd.shop with your order number. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address correction.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will require the customer to pay a re-shipping fee before the order is resent. |
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Faithpreneurs Unlimited is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for that package transfers to the customer.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf
• Contacting the carrier directly to file an inquiry or missing package report
• Filing a claim with the carrier if the package was covered under their protection plan
If the carrier officially confirms that your package was lost in transit and never delivered, please contact us at operations@fpultd.shop and we will work with you on a resolution. We will not leave you without support.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do the following immediately:
• Photograph the damaged packaging and the item before opening fully
• Email operations@fpultd.shop within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos
• We will review your claim and provide a resolution within 2 business days
Claims for damaged items submitted after 3 days of the confirmed delivery date may not be accepted. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
9. Delivery Delays
Faithpreneurs Unlimited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and are not contractual guarantees.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at operations@fpultd.shop and we will do everything within our ability to assist you.
10. International Shipping
At this time, Faithpreneurs Unlimited ships primarily within the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us directly at operations@fpultd.shop before placing your order so we can discuss availability, shipping costs, and customs considerations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are outside of our control.
11. Shop Pay Installments and Shipping
Orders placed using Shop Pay Installments are subject to the same shipping timelines and policies as all other orders. Your installment payment schedule is not affected by shipping status. If a shipping issue arises, please contact us directly at operations@fpultd.shop rather than initiating a dispute with Shop Pay or Affirm.
